Happiness is within you; it’s not external.

I love Liverpool, but Italy is nice for a break.

Yoga teacher.

Nike Vaporfly.
What is your most treasured possession?
My little boy gave me a stone over two years ago when we went to the woods on a walk. Now, every time I run and race, I have that little stone in my pocket—and will do so forever.
Why did you start running?
I always ran as a little boy, inspired by my uncle.
What does running mean to you now?
I love all the emotions of running and how running can bring together a community of people.
What do you like about Stazza’s Stable?
I like the accountability, and the structure to our training.
