Every plan is built from scratch for one athlete. Life comes first. There is no qualifying time. The plan starts where you are today. Distances include 1500 m, 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, and ultra.

Final Surge is the training app where your sessions appear.

  2. Consultation. Video call, about 30 minutes.
  3. Personalised roadmap. Blocks, peaks, recovery, and races.
  4. Training sessions. Final Surge workouts and notes.
  5. Weekly check-in. Feedback and targeted tweaks.
  6. Monthly check-in. Review training and recovery.
