HOW: You bang out your 10km or 10 miler and upload to Strava, tagging Coach Stazza. Coach Stazza and Aoife Cooke assess your performance, taking into account altitude, course profile, weather conditions, PBs, when you last gave birth, and a host of other meaningless criteria.
