To play an instrument well.

My house and building my business from scratch.

Bossman Stazza. 😉

My parents.

What is your idea of happiness?

Any time I’m out training—and not working. 😊

Where I’m currently living.

What profession would you like to attempt?

Left school young, doing my dream job ever since. 21 years at it now.

What is your greatest extravagance?

My property.

What is your most treasured possession?

My house and also my medal collection. 🏅

Why did you start running?

To lose weight and try to get fit. That started around 15/16-ish years ago.

What does running mean to you now?

Everything, really. I’ve loved it since I started. I love travelling to races domestically and abroad. It’s a lifestyle now.

What do you like about Stazza’s Stable?

Oh, boi, where to start? What a fantastic group we have! So supportive, and a very friendly bunch. The comradery on Strava after workouts—whether you run good or bad—is just great. By far the best club/group setting I’ve ever been a part of.

What is your motto?

Never really had one. I’ve never dropped out of a race before, so if I were to invent one it would be to never give up and just keep putting one foot in front of the other. 😊 I drilled that into my head when IRONMAN racing in times gone by.
