Who is your favourite musician?

I don’t have a favourite musician. I’m one of those weird people who don’t listen to music very often.

What is your most marked characteristic?

Apparently, the ability to give a look that could kill. 🤷🏻‍♀️

What talent would you like to have?

Be able to draw or paint.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Getting out of the rat race and starting my own business.

Who are your heroes in real life?

Anyone who follows their dreams or is prepared to step out of the comfort zone to achieve something.

What is your idea of happiness?

Running up mountains in the sunshine.

Where would you most like to live?

In the UK, it would be the New Forest. Abroad, somewhere warm with mountains.

What profession would you like to attempt?

I’m pretty happy with my current profession, coaching and PT-ing runners.

What is your greatest extravagance?

Pink running shoes.

What is your most treasured possession?

I’m not that bothered by material things; experiences and my freedom to travel are important to me.

Why did you start running?

Started at school and wasn’t too bad at it. Got back into it in my twenties when a friend challenged me to run a sub-3 marathon.

What does running mean to you now?

I like the challenges it gives me, and the places it takes me.

What do you like about Stazza’s Stable?

It feels like a great, supportive community. Also, after being told (more than once), that I am uncoachable in the past, whether Coach Stazza can change that. 😬
